*We have no ability or control over how plants or other items are cared for (lighting, medium choice, pot choice, watering habits, airflow, etc…) and bear no responsibility for damage resulting from actions we have no control over after plants are shipped from the store.

Thank you for choosing our indoor plants! Our team takes immense pride in the meticulous process of handpicking the finest plants from renowned growers nationwide and ensuring their impeccable delivery to your residence. We understand that buying plants online can be daunting, but we want you to feel confident with your decisions, which is why we guarantee to quickly provide you :

  1. Healthy Plants: We guarantee that all of our indoor plants will arrive at your door in healthy and vibrant condition.
  2. Missed Expectations: All plants are unique, and variations in size, color, and shape should be expected. These variations are natural and part of the beauty of the plants.
  3. Weather Related: We are experts at shipping plants! We will recommend all the options of necessary packing materials (Ex: Heat pads,…) to withstand the weather conditions at ship time.
  4. Acclimation Problems: Your plant may arrive looking great, but deteriorate in it’s new environment. It could be temporary before bouncing back. Please feel free to contact us, we have have a lot of experience growing and rehabbing plants ,we will help you.

CHANGE ORDERS
*You have to notify us within 24hrs of placing your order, we only accept exchange orders with the value is greater or equal than the old orders.

CANCELATIONS
*You have to notify us within 24hrs of placing your order, We will cancel and refund your order, MINUS a 20% restocking fee.

REFUNDS
*There are NO refunds or returns on plants, seeds, bulbs, or any other items after are shipped from the store.

REPLACEMENT

  1. We will take full 100% responsibility if the items are wrong to your order within 1-2 days of arrival, with photographic evidence of wrong plants by email (see below).
  2. If you receive items that is damaged, please contact us within 1-2 days of arrival, with photographic evidence of damaged plants by email (see below). We may offfer store credit which can be used for future purchases.
  • If we are not contacted within 1-2 days of arrival, we can only offer advice on how to best take care of the product.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for damage that arises later than 48 hours after arrivals.
